Volas Entertainment signs licensing agreement with Emblaze
Volas Entertainment will provide mobile content service based on Emblaze's technology to content providers and operators around the world
Ra'anana, Israel December 1, 2006: Volas Entertainment Ltd. (Volas or "the Company"), the value added managed mobile services provider, announces it has signed a licensing agreement with Emblaze Ltd. ("Emblaze or "the Group") (LSE: BLZ) to utilize all of its multimedia technologies related to the creation, management and delivery of content for the mobile phone market.
Volas provides content aggregation, value-added managed services and transcoding for content providers, handset distributors and manufactures, mobile portals and wireless operators based on Emblaze technologies. Volas Entertainment's full package of managed services begins with building and managing the mobile portal and extends to editing, encoding and uploading content. By 2010, two-thirds of those operators and mobile content providers will be - if they aren't already - using some form of Wireless ASP to maximize their exposure while minimizing their costs.
